Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion through effective coordination and communication with various departments.

About the Role:
  • We require a timely execution of hardware, network hardware, and software orders to achieve overall revenue for the respective business unit and meet turnaround times.
  • The successful candidate must demonstrate 100% adherence to billing instructions and guidelines for order clearance with proper documentation and approvals.
  • Coordination with finance and logistics departments is essential for order clearance, billing, and dispatch.
  • The ideal candidate should adhere to marketing pricing and promotion guidelines.
  • Responsibilities include archival and retrieval of all documents through document management systems.
  • Effective coordination with logistics for material not available in the billing location or local warehouse is crucial.
  • Updating HSN part codes and removing end-of-life parts in SAP systems is also an important task.
  • The Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for preparing and sharing daily, pending, and material ETA reports, as well as upgraded part reports to field teams.
  • Order reconciliation for complete billing is also an essential duty.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in business development and coordination.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with billing instructions and guidelines.
  • Proficient in using document management systems.
  • Knowledge of SAP systems.
  • Ability to prepare and share reports.
