- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within government institutions and large-scale public sector projects.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at central/state government departments, PSUs, and defense establishments.
- Engage and collaborate with top IT OEMs and authorized distributors to develop and drive joint go-to-market strategies.
- Track government tenders, RFPs, and procurement opportunities, and coordinate proposal submissions.
- Understand customer requirements and map them to relevant IT solutions and services offered by the company.
- Develop and present business proposals, pitches, and product presentations tailored for government stakeholders and strategic partners.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of engagement while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams to align client requirements with solution capabilities.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and government policies affecting the IT domain.
- Achieve sales targets and business development KPIs, and maintain regular reporting on pipeline and account activities.
