Job Opportunity: Expand Your US IT Staffing Career

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to drive new client acquisition for our US IT staffing division.

This is a hunter role focused on identifying, developing, and closing deals with new clients, expanding our market presence within the US.

You will play a critical role in growing our business by leveraging your network and expertise in US IT staffing. This is not an account management role. We want professionals with 5-10 years of proven experience who can bring existing client relationships and deliver measurable business growth from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Business Development
  • Identify and secure new Direct Clients, Tier 1 Vendors, Prime Vendors, and Implementation Partners
  • Create and execute strategic go-to-market and corporate sales plans
  • Drive lead generation, client outreach, presentations, and direct sales efforts
  • Establish service agreements and foster long-term client relationships

US Staffing Expertise:

  • Deep knowledge of US tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099)
  • Proven track record in successful consultant placements
  • Ability to build and lead a high-performing staffing sales team

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8–10 years of proven success in US IT Staffing & Recruitment
  • Strong existing client relationships with ability to generate immediate business
  • Demonstrated expertise in business development, sales, and account management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle
