Our company is a leading fitness and wellness provider, catering to a large audience in India. Cult, our brand under the Curefit umbrella, aims to make fitness accessible to everyone.

We seek a highly skilled Senior Expansion Manager to spearhead the expansion of our franchise business. This role will be pivotal in identifying suitable locations, aligning business cases, and ensuring seamless center launches.

The successful candidate will lead site identification efforts, conduct thorough evaluations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. They will also support partners in selecting optimal locations that align with both partner goals and company objectives.

This role involves facilitating communication between franchise partners and property owners, working closely with the Real Estate team, and overseeing documentation and compliance requirements throughout the acquisition process.

The ideal candidate will work with partners to develop comprehensive business plans and financial projections for new centers, ensure alignment between partner objectives and company performance expectations, and monitor key business milestones.

To evaluate proposed locations, the candidate must conduct detailed market analysis, gather data on branded retail presence, residential density, and other key factors, and provide insights based on market trends and competitive landscape.

The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field, 4-8 years of experience in business development, franchise management, real estate, or market analysis, and strong analytical skills to interpret market data and competition trends.
