Commercial Director Growth Strategy

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to expand the client portfolio across target industries.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities, trends, and threats.
  • Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and existing client expansion.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Lead end-to-end pitching processes, from proposal creation to presentations, ensuring effective conversion of leads into new business.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in a business development or growth role, ideally in the advertising or marketing industry.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills, ability to create and execute business development strategies.
  • Expertise in building and nurturing client relationships, knowledge of advertising channels and marketing techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • Experience leading projects and collaborating with diverse teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.
