Job Description

Sales & Client Engagement:

  • Prospect and engage with potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking.
  • Develop deep understanding of client requirements and provide tailored office space solutions.
  • Coordinate property visits and build strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key operators in the market.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent LogiSpace professionally in all client interactions.

Strategy & Business Growth:

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for business growth and expansion.
  • Contribute ideas and directions for marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.
  • Recommend sales conversation strategies to improve client engagement and closure rates.
  • Participate in team expansion strategies and contribute to the development of business operations in Mumbai.
  • Share market intelligence and competitor insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
  • Confidence in handling client calls and in-person meetings
  • Willingness to travel across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai for site visits
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Creative thinker who can contribute ideas for marketing, sales strategies, and business growth
