Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled customer engagement specialist to join our team remotely. You will be responsible for implementing and optimizing campaigns using the Braze platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, configure, and maintain campaigns in Braze using Liquid templating and Canvas.
  • Integrate Braze with backend systems via REST APIs, Webhooks, and SDKs.
  • Implement event tracking, user attributes, and audience segmentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand campaign requirements and translate them into Braze workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize message delivery, personalization, and performance.
  • Ensure best practices in user privacy, compliance, and data security.
  • Provide technical support and training to internal teams on using Braze, enabling them to leverage the platform effectively.
  • Any other Braze-related IT projects and ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years hands-on experience working with Braze platform.
  • Experience working with Braze SDKs (iOS, Android, or Web).
  • Familiarity with Braze Currents and data streaming to external platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Segment).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
