Employee Engagement Specialist

This is a senior role in the HR department where you will be responsible for designing and executing employee engagement programs to enhance workforce morale and productivity.

  • Designing and executing employee engagement initiatives to boost workforce morale and productivity.
  • Conducting regular feedback surveys and analyzing results to drive engagement strategies.
  • Organizing team-building activities, events, and wellness programs.
  • Please list these as part of the following duties:
  • Managing the organization's performance management system.
  • Facilitating goal setting, performance reviews, and appraisal processes.
  • Analyzing performance data to support learning and development planning.
  • You are expected to foster a positive work environment through transparent communication and fair practices. You must handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and labor laws. Please make sure you conduct exit interviews and provide analysis to reduce attrition and improve workplace culture.
  • Your analytical mindset should enable you to drive insights from engagement and performance data. Additionally, your proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools will help you efficiently manage the tasks associated with this role.

In order to excel in this position, we expect you to possess strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices. Your excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills will also play a crucial role in your success.
