About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Retention Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing CRM campaigns across various categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive CRM strategy that aligns with business goals
  • Managing daily tasks and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
  • Crafting customer journeys across lifecycle touchpoints to drive engagement and retention
  • Working closely with creative, category, product, and analytics teams to design and implement effective campaigns
  • Building dashboards and reporting campaign performance to inform future strategies
  • Driving insights and learnings to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Overseeing vendor relationships for CRM platforms and ensuring timely resolution of operational issues

Requirements:

  • A strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and A/B testing
  • Hands-on knowledge of CRM and attribution tools such as Clevertap, MoEngage, and Branch
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment
