Client Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Client Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication, understanding their needs, and providing value-added services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with clients on a regular basis through phone, email, or in-person meetings to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Coordinate with our creative team to deliver high-quality work that meets client expectations.
- Proofread and review assignments before sending them to clients to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Implement innovative strategies to keep clients engaged and satisfied with our services.
- Present updates and progress reports to our management team as required.
Requirements:
- A degree from any discipline.
- 2-4 years of experience in client servicing in an advertising agency.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Creativity and initiative combined with commercial awareness.
- Strong analytical skills and up-to-date knowledge of the field.
