The Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in expanding our business by identifying and acquiring new franchises.
This includes evaluating competitive offerings, conducting lead generation and closure activities, and ensuring seamless onboarding of new partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate high-potential business regions for franchise development.
- Build strong networks with competitor franchisees to assess offerings by brokers and market players in the region.
- Conduct lead generation campaigns and drive franchisee onboarding closures.
- Drive timely business transition, account activation, and revenue generation from newly acquired franchisees.
- Monitor and maintain franchise retention in line with organizational targets and KPIs.
- Identify expansion opportunities within the existing network.
- Encourage digital adoption among franchisees to reduce compliance risks and unauthorized trade complaints, ensuring they operate in strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Proven experience in franchise acquisition or partner development with a strong understanding of stock broking.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build and manage relationships.
- Knowledge of relevant compliance and regulatory frameworks.
