Service Manager Job Opportunity

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Service Manager to lead and manage service operations for press part tooling customers. This role involves handling AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and ensuring timely execution, resolving customer complaints with a proactive and solution-oriented approach, coordinating across departments for smooth service delivery, guiding and mentoring service engineers and technicians, maintaining service documentation and performance reports, driving continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction, and collaborating with sales and R&D teams for customer feedback and product enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage service operations for press part tooling customers
  • Handle AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and ensure timely execution
  • Resolve customer complaints with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Coordinate across departments for smooth service delivery
  • Guide and mentor service engineers and technicians
  • Maintain service documentation and performance reports
  • Drive continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with sales and R&D teams for customer feedback and product enhancements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BE in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 8–10 years of experience in Pharma Engineering / Tooling industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting and technical support capabilities
  • Experience in handling audits and regulatory compliance
  • Effective communication and customer relationship skills
