Lead MES Implementation

Welcome to the role of IT Manager, where you will lead the implementation and validation of our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) at various manufacturing sites.

This is a key functional and technical expert role responsible for ensuring site-specific manufacturing processes are accurately captured and reflected in the global MES solution. You will be accountable for leading site-level validation activities, managing documentation related to the MES system, and serving as the go-to authority for end-to-end MES product knowledge.

As the ideal candidate, you will have 6-8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong understanding of pharma shop floor operations and regulatory requirements. You will also have prior hands-on experience with MES platforms or similar systems in GxP-regulated environments, and proven experience in validation documentation and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • MES Design and Configuration: Representing site-specific needs during MES design and configuration.
  • Validation Leadership: Leading IQ, OQ, PQ, UAT, and traceability matrix execution.
  • GxP Documentation Management: Managing GxP documentation (URS, FS, DS, test cases, validation plans/reports).
  • MES Expertise: Maintaining deep knowledge of MES functionality and architecture.
  • User Support: Acting as the first point of contact for MES application issues and user support.
  • Training and Adoption: Delivering training and ensuring user readiness for MES usage.
  • Data Management: Supporting data collection, migration, and master recipe creation.
  • Audit Readiness: Ensuring all documentation and systems are compliant and audit-ready.
