Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of analysts in conducting post-event analyses, highlighting operational deviations, and providing performance evaluations.

  • Perform what-if and predictive analysis for on-time performance and turnaround time.
  • Conduct seasonal and ad-hoc block time analysis for fleet management and low-cost carriers, recommending optimal block times.
  • Develop contingency plans for operational disruptions and manage special projects like contingency planning and spare policy.
  • Centralize planning reports, implementing process enhancements and automation to streamline operations.
  • Analyze historical data to recommend effective flight schedules, optimizing the network.
  • Enhance network efficiency, reliability, and on-time performance through thorough analysis.
  • Provide feedback to network planners on block time deviations.
  • Presents analysis reports and insights for management initiatives, including capacity optimization, on-time performance, and task force programs.
