This role is accountable for the overall performance of the clinic, encompassing revenue growth, customer experience, and operational excellence.
- The Lead Clinic Operations Manager leads cross-functional teams (slimming, beauty, dermatology, support staff), drives sales, ensures compliance, and delivers a superior client experience aligned with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth & Sales Excellence
- Deliver clinic revenue targets through effective sales strategies.
- Drive sales through consultations, upselling, cross-selling, and service bundling.
- Maintain daily/weekly MIS to ensure KPIs are met.
- Operations & Service Delivery
- Ensure seamless functioning of all clinic services (slimming, beauty, dermatology, wellness).
- Maintain high hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Oversee inventory, billing, and cash management processes.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Manage, coach, and motivate the clinic team (Centre staff, Slimming Heads, Beauty Heads, Counselors).
- Conduct regular reviews and performance appraisals.
- Foster a culture of accountability, service, and sales focus.
- Customer Experience & Retention
- Ensure every client receives a consistent, high-quality experience.
- Resolve escalations efficiently and maintain high NPS & client retention.
- Implement loyalty and referral programs.
- Compliance & Reporting
- Adhere to company SOPs and statutory requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation for audits and reviews.
- Provide regular performance updates to regional leadership.
- Strategic Partnerships & Growth
- Bilateral partnerships with local stakeholders (RWAs, corporates, gyms, wellness camps) for footfall generation.
- Collaborate with marketing & BTL teams for city-specific activations.
