ServiceNow Security Operations Lead Position

We are seeking an accomplished professional to assume a key role in guiding our security operations initiatives.

This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned expert with a strong combination of ServiceNow platform expertise and extensive cybersecurity knowledge.

You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing our security operations processes within the ServiceNow ecosystem, ensuring robust and automated incident response and vulnerability management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your strategic vision to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow Security Operations modules, including Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, and Threat Intelligence.
  • Develop and implement advanced technical solutions and workflows within ServiceNow to automate security processes, enhance incident response, and streamline vulnerability management.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills by integrating ServiceNow SecOps with other critical security tools and platforms, establishing a comprehensive security ecosystem.
  • Promote the effective use of SOAR capabilities within ServiceNow to automate incident response playbooks, threat intelligence correlation, and remediation actions.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, internal cybersecurity teams, ITSM, ITOM, GRC, and other stakeholders to understand security requirements, analyze current processes, and deliver tailored ServiceNow-based solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the ServiceNow SecOps landscape, driving enhancements, customizations, and upgrades to maximize platform value.
  • Apply strong project management and coordination abilities to oversee the successful delivery of ServiceNow SecOps projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline objectives.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their unique security needs, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver effective, client-centric solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for ServiceNow SecOps configurations, workflows, and integrations, adhering to best practices.
