Transformative Role in Cybersecurity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional presales support and solutions to customers by bringing unique value to the table.
  • Develop a deep understanding of SOC operations, security analytics capabilities, cloud architect principles, cloud native application security, SASE, CASB, and Zero Trust models.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies such as Microsoft O365, Azure, Google, and AWS services.
  • Assist in training sales organizations and building their skills in technical storytelling and effective sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with Regional/Global Product Managers and Product Marketing Managers to stay current on product and technology advancements.
  • Conduct regular updates on new products and technologies for internal sales staff.
  • Develop strong relationships with partners and channels to promote Trend Micro solutions effectively.
  • Work closely with company technical support personnel to ensure ongoing quality of support and customer health.
  • Participate in departmental best practices, strategies, methodologies, and documentation for increased efficiencies.
  • Engage in continuous self-improvement and learning to maintain current technical knowledge and participate in relevant communities of interest.
  • Present complex technical issues and solutions to various levels of an organization in a clear and engaging manner.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Rich experience in delivering high-quality presales support and solutions.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of SOC operations, security analytics capabilities, cloud architect principles, and cloud native application security.
  • Exposure to security software solutions like Firewall, Content Security, Intrusion Prevention, encryption, data leakage, data protection, and monitoring security will be an added advantage.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • A strong interest in all aspects of cybersecurity and a passion for customer security.
  • Excellent understanding of public cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure.
