Job Title: Cybersecurity Expert

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Expert to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity division, you will play a critical role in helping our customers protect their digital assets and stay ahead of emerging threats.

Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the technical expert for our Cortex portfolio, providing guidance and support to our customers on how to secure their key business imperatives. You will work closely with our account teams to develop and recommend solutions that meet our customers' evolving needs.

">Key Responsibilities">
  • Technical Solutions: Define and deliver technical solutions that address our customers' complex security challenges.
  • Solution Evangelism: Present our industry-leading solutions to customers at all levels, from practitioners to senior leadership.
  • PoV Projects: Lead Proof of Value (PoV) projects for prospective customers, ensuring technical wins and driving high validation rates.
  • Solution Architecture: Architect solutions that help our customers strengthen and simplify their security posture.
  • Tech Validation: Accelerate technical validation of proposed solutions within your specialization area.
  • Documentation: Document High-Level Design and Key Use Cases to ensure proper implementation and value realization of Palo Alto Networks Solutions.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Deep Experience: 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong background in security incident response, EDR/XDR, and SOAR/SIEM.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical hands-on experience with Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems, scripting skills in Python/JavaScript/PowerShell, and experience installing, configuring, and integrating complex Security environments.
  • Communication: Excellent English language skills, both oral and written, with the ability to confidently present with impact to an audience in person and remotely.
  • Collaboration: A team player with the ability to share knowledge openly, interact with integrity, and embrace diversity.
