
Customer Experience Platform Leader

We are seeking an experienced Product Management Director to lead our customer experience platform.
- About the Job:
- A strategic leader who will oversee the product strategy and execution of the roadmap for our customer experience portfolio.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and development, to ensure that our offering has what it needs to succeed in the market.
- Key responsibilities include defining major release roadmaps, working with customers and partners to understand their needs, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless product fulfillment.
- You will also be responsible for measuring adoption and retention rates, as well as unblocking barriers to upgrades where necessary.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Product Manager or Director in a similar industry.
- In-depth knowledge of customer experience platforms and related technologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
