Job Title: Strategic Leader for Digital Payment Platforms


A seasoned professional with 15+ years of experience in banking, financial or consulting advisory sector, preferably in digital payments, will lead strategic research and advisory initiatives to inform and accelerate the growth and market leadership of digital payment platforms and products.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Guidance: Provide expert guidance on policies, product strategy, and implementation for digital payment platforms.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor benchmarks to advise on new initiatives.
  • Representation: Represent high-level discussions, committees, and working groups.
  • Research and Advisory Services: Develop and implement various research and advisory services across business segments, markets, etc. by analyzing market trends, preparing strategic reports while working closely with stakeholders.
  • Coordination: Facilitate coordination between internal teams and external partners for seamless integration and rollout.
  • Project Supervision: Supervise and review ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Implementation Drive: Drive cross-functional coordination for successful implementation of new systems or upgrades.
  • Policies and Norms: Contribute to policy creation and updates to align with global best practices.
  • SME Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in the digital payments domain.
  • Innovation Promotion: Promote innovation within the organization by evaluating new technologies and their applicability.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare strategic reports, policy notes, and board-level presentations. Communicate insights, risks, and progress clearly to senior leadership and external partners.
