Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Client Servicing Leader to lead our client servicing team and drive business growth.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and communicating Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) based on client briefs, adapting them to changes in client needs or digital platform policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate AOPs to clients
  • Lead client pitching process by generating innovative concepts in collaboration with internal teams
  • Analyze BAU operations to identify opportunities for experimentation and innovation
  • Create compelling case studies and success stories that highlight the achievements and impact of the team's work
  • Define brand positioning strategies that distinguish clients from competitors
  • Brief Review and Approval - Review and vet client briefs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand strategic growth plans and identify upsell opportunities
  • Establish clear benchmarks and review timelines to ensure client satisfaction
  • Evaluate marketing success through social media reports and identify improvement areas
  • Maintain monthly client P&Ls and ensure billing targets are met
