Key Responsibilities

The Account Manager will be responsible for identifying and tracking relevant government tenders & opportunities and private opportunities. This includes registration on e-Procurement portals, pre-bid meetings, and vendor registrations.

In addition, the Account Manager will prepare and submit tender documents in coordination with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulations.

They will assist the Sales Lead in executing sales strategies and achieving targets. The Account Manager will also track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to provide insights for business decisions.

Furthermore, they will manage customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups to enhance customer engagement. They will ensure smooth order processing from purchase order to invoicing.

The Account Manager will monitor contract terms, SLAs, and follow up on payments to ensure compliance. Additionally, they will build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business.

Finally, they will provide regular updates to the Sales Lead on sales performance, tender progress, and customer feedback.
