About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Support Professional to provide exceptional administrative support to our Managing Director in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with a strong background in calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the MD's calendar, ensuring optimal time management and minimizing conflicts.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the MD.
  • Act as a liaison between the MD and showroom staff, clients, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Handle confidential information, maintaining proper documentation and filing systems.
  • Support special projects and initiatives, such as new store openings or product launches.
  • Facilitate meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on key action items.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role (minimum 3 years).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and design tools familiarity is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

What We Offer

This is a senior-level, full-time position based in Hyderabad, offering a competitive salary of ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
