Support Engineer


Job Summary:


We are seeking a qualified Support Engineer to join our team at Chiselon Technologies Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will provide technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our software solutions.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to our software solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and prioritize issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to aid in support efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest software releases and updates.
  • Participate in training and professional development to enhance technical skills.

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or related field.
  • Strong understanding of software troubleshooting and support principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with Linux operating system and software development tools.
