Human Resources Manager Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced HR environment. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for creating compelling job descriptions and scorecards to attract suitable candidates.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create accurate and engaging job descriptions that align with our company's values and goals.
  • Draft and post job openings on various platforms to ensure maximum visibility.
  • Source potential candidates through social media, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and support the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, KRAs/KPIs/incentives of employees, and engagement initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Manage employee records using HRMS software.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing employee queries, fostering positive relations, and supporting culture-driven training programs.
  • Execute outbound activities and ensure timely implementation of HR initiatives.
  • Contribute to organizational growth by providing insights to strengthen HR processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with various recruitment tools, platforms, and techniques.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • MBA in HR or relevant field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR management.
