Job Title

As a cargo delivery expert, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth transportation of goods to customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the operations for imports and exports, monitoring workflows and resource management to ensure timely and accurate operational processes.

The ideal candidate should have 8-11 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong understanding of freight forwarding procedures and financials.

A bachelor's degree in any field, preferably commerce, international trade, or logistics, is also required. Additionally, the candidate should have 2+ years of team management experience, including managing team leads or shift managers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulations, supervising shift managers and their teams, reviewing KPIs regularly, and delivering regular feedback, training, and development sessions.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to multitask and handle complex problems.
