R.M. Food Products, a leading spice manufacturer based in Guwahati, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a background in spices.

Role Overview

This is a full-time on-site role responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including market research, customer relationship management, monitoring the sales team, data analysis, and achieving sales targets in the Guwahati region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth.
  • Sales Team Monitoring: Oversee the performance of the sales team and provide guidance and support to ensure targets are met.
  • Data Analysis: Review sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets in the Guwahati region.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent sales, marketing, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in the spices industry.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of spice varieties and uses.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
