
Lead Business Developer for Strategic Partnerships

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Lead for Brand Storytelling to drive growth through strategic partnerships and concept selling.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who excels at opening doors, building senior-level relationships, and converting new accounts into long-term collaborations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent hunting skills, be resilient in long sales cycles, and possess the presence to influence CXO-level decision makers.
They will identify and acquire new clients by targeting senior executives across various sectors such as BFSI, real estate, technology, and consumer goods. They will proactively reach out through networks, industry events, and referrals while shaping every conversation around the client's brand and business challenges.
The Business Development Lead will diagnose problems, frame our agency as the right solution partner, and craft compelling narratives that connect branding to measurable growth outcomes.
They will also anchor pitches and proposals with our strategy and creative teams, taking responsibility for converting them into live engagements.
Owning the pipeline and quarterly acquisition targets is crucial to this role, along with tracking competitor moves and industry trends and feeding those insights back into our leadership team.
We are looking for someone with 6-10 years of experience in business development for branding, advertising, consulting, or creative industries. The ideal profile is someone who has already proven success in acquiring new logos rather than only farming existing accounts.
The successful candidate will bring strong communication, storytelling, and CXO engagement skills, along with the ability to sell ideas and concepts rather than pre-packaged services. Confidence, resilience, and a strong drive for growth are essential. A good personal network in marketing and brand circles will be an advantage.
In the first ninety days, success will look like building a target list of 50 to 100 prospects, setting up discovery conversations, sharpening the pitch with leadership, and converting at least two to three new accounts into live projects. By the end of the first quarter, the person should be consistently opening high-quality conversations with CXO-level prospects and delivering on agreed revenue targets.
