GWS Supervisor Role Description:

The McDonald's Global Workforce Solutions (GWS) Team is an internally managed contingent workforce program responsible for compliance of related policies and end-to-end vendor management system. We strive to be customer-obsessed and offer a single point of contact for any contingent workforce need. This role provides an amazing opportunity to gain a broad perspective of our company and the Global Business Services function.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing reporting dashboards and data sets that track defined KPIs, SLAs or support employee or vendor audiences using Power BI or similar tools.
  • Simplifying all internal GWS processes, defining them, streamlining them, and documenting them. Developing and maintaining user guides, videos or other training materials to execute external process steps.
  • Executing internal audit activities including Vendor Management System (VMS) data validation, monthly access reviews, and bi-annual consultant validation process.
  • Serving as Audit liaison with internal stakeholders for additional audit requests related to VMS.
  • Developing and executing vendor QBR reporting process for approved vendor performance.
  • Developing and executing quarterly and annual cost savings reporting and chargeback processes.
  • Providing monthly financial summary and conducting year-end accrual accounting activities for VMS invoicing.
  • Providing additional data reporting support for financial, operational, or ad hoc needs.
