Job Title: Planning Solutions Specialist

Are you passionate about creating strategic planning solutions? We are seeking an experienced Planning Solutions Specialist to join our team.

This role involves designing, configuring, and delivering planning solutions across various modules using Oracle EPBCS. You will work closely with finance teams to align processes and support integrations across ERP and EPM applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Configure EPBCS applications for Capex, Opex, Workforce/Headcount, and Long-Range Planning.
  2. Design and implement calculation rules, forms, and driver-based models to support forecasting and budgeting cycles.
  3. Partner with finance stakeholders to translate planning requirements into technical solutions and templates.
  4. Build and maintain key project artifacts: Configuration documents, design specs, test scripts.
  5. Support integrations with ERP and EPM systems through Data Management and OIC.
  6. Ensure delivery quality across development, testing, documentation, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  7. Provide production support for planning applications, ensuring performance, accuracy, and compliance.
Requirements:
  • 5–7 years of Oracle EPM experience with at least 3+ years in EPBCS/Planning Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience configuring Capex, Opex, Workforce/Headcount, or Long-Range Planning modules.
  • Strong skills in calculation rules, forms, Smart View, and planning templates.
  • Good understanding of finance planning cycles (AOP, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, monthly/quarterly forecasts).
  • Familiarity with ERP/EPM integration flows and data management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
  • Adaptability and resilience in fast-changing environments.
  • Customer-focused mindset with ability to support business stakeholders effectively.
