We are seeking a skilled and experienced industrial automation specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and deployment of SCADA systems across various manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement real-time data acquisition, visualization, and reporting solutions using SCADA and MES applications.">
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to align system capabilities with production and business needs.">
  • Provide technical leadership in digital transformation initiatives such as Industry 4.0 smart manufacturing and predictive analytics.">
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and support existing SCADA deployments to ensure minimal downtime.">

Requirements:

">
  • Strong background in MES functions, production tracking, OEE downtime analysis, traceability, and SPC.">
  • Proficiency with database technologies, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent.">
  • Hands-on experience with OTIT integration technologies, REST APIs, MQTT, and OPC UA protocols.">
  • Strong knowledge of industrial control systems, PLCs, SCADA HMIs, and plant floor connectivity.">
  • Familiarity with manufacturing standards ISA95, ISA88, ISA99, IEC 62443, and containerization, Docker, Kubernetes.">
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.">
  • Experience with cloud-based IIoT platforms and cybersecurity best practices in OT environments.">
  • Certifications Ignition Gold Certified Specialist, OPC UA, or relevant industrial IT/OT certifications.">
