**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced State Customer Marketing Executive to join our team in Guwahati. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for executing customer marketing plans at an outlet level, ensuring effective brand communication, accurate monitoring and evaluation, and managing all documentation to ensure smooth implementation of the plan.
**Responsibilities:**
Outlet Management:
Conduct market research with sales teams to evaluate and finalize outlets, ensuring installations and maintenance, and acknowledging and clearing bills as per PO. Finalize beats as per switch promotion plans for outlet mapping and deploy promotional elements and gifts at outlets as per activity calendars. Work towards development and innovation in signage elements, such as racks, main shop signage, and gondolas.
Brand Communication and Visibility:
Help the SCMM develop brand communication options at various channels as per brand imperatives. Coordinate with vendors to oversee the execution of signage in the state. Execute agreed visibility strategies and track and monitor visibility execution. Responsible for choosing outlets for implementation along with sales teams.
Budget:
Coordinate with manpower agencies for activities like claim settlements. Ensure accurate spending of budgets at the state level.
Analytics:
Monitor and report performance to the Customer Marketing Manager and support in defining actionable learning for improvement. Provide feedback to the regional marketing team and sales team for improvement based on competitor analysis and performance compared to plans.
Train Promoters for Optimum Performance:
Responsible for training and developing third-party execution forces through on-the-job training and scheduled training calendars in coordination with Regional/National Trade Marketing. Induct and train promoters as per incentive schemes. Ensure the sales team is aligned to marketing activities and standards through regular communication and formal meetings.
