We work with 500 corporates in their upskilling/skilling initiatives and manage over 200 degree, diploma, and certificate programs.
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Channel Sales Manager to join our team. As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding channel partners for online UG/PG courses.
You will provide support and training to partners to ensure their success, manage partner performance, and develop strategies to improve sales and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new channel partners
- Provide support and training to partners to ensure their success
- Manage partner performance and develop strategies to improve sales and revenue
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners
- Collaborate with the university team to align sales and channel efforts
- Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions
- Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts
- Develop and implement channel partner programs
- Measure and report on partner performance
Requirements and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5-10 years of experience in channel management or sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- A desire to learn and grow in the channel management field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Tech-savvy, with experience working on ERP, CRM tools, and mobile apps
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is ₹8-12 lakhs per annum, depending on experience.
