Hotel Sales Strategist

We are a fast-growing SaaS company developing a cutting-edge booking engine and pricing management platform for hotels.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum.
Job DescriptionOur mission is to simplify hotel management and maximize revenue by integrating with OTAs and providing dynamic pricing strategies. We also offer software teams for companies and deliver end-to-end R&D and product development services for corporates.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth for our hotel booking engine and dynamic pricing platform.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, including owners, general managers, and operations teams.
- Understand the unique pain points of hotel operations (e.g., dynamic pricing challenges, OTA dependencies, booking management) and present tailored solutions.
- Lead software demos, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve offerings based on market feedback.
- Develop a strong network within the hotel industry to leverage new opportunities.
- Establish competitive positioning by understanding hotel strategies and market trends.
- Deep understanding of business pain points, and competitive strategies.
- Strong track record in sales with a demonstrated ability to close deals and drive revenue.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and motivate a team to achieve aggressive sales targets.
