Software Sales Executive

We are a fast-growing SaaS company developing a cutting-edge booking engine and pricing management platform for hotels. Our mission is to simplify hotel management and maximize revenue by integrating with OTAs and providing dynamic pricing strategies. We also offer software teams for companies and deliver end-to-end R&D and product development services for corporates.
We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts in the hotel and IT Services Industries. This role is ideal for someone who understands hotel software, competitive strategy, and the unique pain points that hotel owners face. You will be responsible for driving business growth through partnerships with hotels, software demonstrations, and industry connections.
You will also be responsible to close deals and bring in software development clients
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth for our hotel booking engine and dynamic pricing platform.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, including owners, general managers, and operations teams.
- Understand the unique pain points of hotel operations (e.g., dynamic pricing challenges, OTA dependencies, booking management) and present tailored solutions.
- Lead software demos, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve offerings based on market feedback.
- Develop a strong network within the hotel industry to leverage new opportunities.
- Establish competitive positioning by understanding hotel strategies and market trends.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth for our IT Services and Product Development Business.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in MNCs and startups.
- Understand the unique pain points of Software Driven Businesses.
- Lead software demos, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to improve offerings based on market feedback.
- Develop a strong network within the software development industry to leverage new opportunities.
- Establish competitive positioning by understanding competitor strategies and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of business pain points, and competitive strategies.
- Strong track record in sales with a demonstrated ability to close deals and drive revenue.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and motivate a team to achieve aggressive sales targets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset
