Sales Process Expert

We are seeking a skilled Sales Process Expert to enhance our sales team's performance and adherence to our company's sales processes.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating comprehensive training programs on sales techniques and tools.
The role involves collaboration with sales leadership to identify training needs, develop content, and implement strategies to improve the team's skills and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Design and Delivery:
- Develop and deliver training programs tailored to meet the specific needs of inside sales, field sales, and other sales roles.
- Analyze existing sales processes and recommend improvements.
- Process Improvement:
- Ensure alignment of training programs with our company's sales strategy and goals.
- Monitor trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Coaching and Mentoring:
- Provide one-on-one coaching and group training to sales representatives.
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and digital resources.
- Performance Evaluation:
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, tests, and sales performance metrics.
- Partner with HR and other departments to ensure seamless onboarding of new hires.
Estimated Salary Range: ₹15-25 Lakhs per annum (dependent on experience) in Andheri East, Mumbai.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum [X years] of experience in sales and/or sales training.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to motivate and engage teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs and measure success.
