
Business Development Lead

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Maintain business relationships by generating accounts through various sales activities, receive requests for proposals (RFPs) and queries, and follow established proposal templates to deliver solutions to clients in a timely manner.
- Research, Development, and Benchmarking of Business Products: Conduct comprehensive research for new and existing products, compile proposed packages and teambuilding options, and work with the team to develop exceptional experiences for clients.
- Operational Management: Update daily task lists and project updates to the head of business development and branch managers, ensure new products & proposals are created accurately and within guidelines set by senior leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 10-12 years of experience in business development within the industry
- Personal and professional travel experience is an asset
- Knowledge of hotel brands and destinations in our portfolio
