Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound sales calls to leads and conduct cold calling activities to identify potential business partners.
  • Coordinate meetings with counseling seekers.
  • Ensure smooth sales and payment collection processes.
  • Identify and gather details of potential study abroad students.
  • Provide initial counseling services, including university and course shortlisting.
  • Establish relationships with foreign universities.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meeting schedules, and payments.
  • Support event coordination at schools and offices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development and telesales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A focused and innovative team player.
Mandatory Qualifications:
  • Personal laptop and mobile device required.
  • Good English language skills essential.
  • Ability to travel locally for meetings and events.
