Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales Territory Growth Manager to join our team at Aliaxis. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Planning & Reporting:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share expansion. Collaborate with senior management to analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to drive growth.

Sales Execution:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to drive sales growth and revenue expansion. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture market share.

Activations & Launches:

Develop and implement trade promotional and marketing initiatives to drive sales growth and revenue expansion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services.

Role Specifications:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
  • Years/type of experience: 3-7 years in sales and marketing roles
  • Skills/Knowledge:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.

Language: Fluent in English and local language
