Account Management Internship

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join as an Account Management Intern.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary coordinator for a defined portfolio of client accounts ensuring consistent communication, timely support, and client satisfaction.
  • Track adoption, product usage, and feedback, and flag opportunities for product optimization or intervention.
  • Maintain account health metrics and client documentation through internal tools (CRM, spreadsheets, trackers).
  • Work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to support account planning, renewals, and expansion opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or graduated from a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Interest in Account Management, Customer Success, or Business-to-Business Software operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and manage priorities independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (such as HubSpot) is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Analytical mindset with a basic understanding of client metrics and reporting.
  • Prior internship experience in customer-facing or growth-related roles is an advantage.
