Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Coordinator to join our Project Department. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, planning, and execution. Ideal for recent graduates, this role will help build foundational skills in project management within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•Assist in planning, organizing, and executing project tasks

•Support project documentation, reporting, and tracking

•Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables

•Participate in project meetings and take minutes

•Help identify and resolve project-related issues

•Maintain project files and records in an organized manner

Minimum Requirements:

•Education: Graduate in any discipline

•Experience: 0 to 6 months (Freshers are welcome)

•Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written)

•Skills:

•Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

•Basic understanding of project workflows

•Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

•Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

•Eagerness to learn and contribute to team success
