With over 25 years of collective experience, we ensure seamless coordination, enhanced project management, and superior quality in design, planning, execution, and communication.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Client Manager & Pre Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Client Manager will oversee the coordination and communication between clients and various service providers including architects, project engineers, finance managers and contractors. Tasks include cold calling and lining up prospective client meetings, client on-boarding, managing client relationships, ensuring that client goals are met, monitoring the progress of ongoing projects, and resolving any issues that arise. The role involves regular reporting, attending project meetings, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.QualificationsGraduate/Post Graduate in the related field.Strong project management skills including coordination and communication with various stakeholdersExperience in client relationship management and conflict resolutionProficiency in reporting and using project management toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressureBackground in architecture, construction management, or related fields is advantageousBachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field is a plus
