Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Account Manager located in Bengaluru. The Client Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving client issues, and maintaining strong client relationships. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams, conducting client meetings, providing account updates, and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery. The role requires client onboarding, ensuring adherence to contractual commitments, and delivering solutions tailored to client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in understanding of community management operations
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple accounts
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in Ms excel/Google sheets
- Fluency in English and Hindi
