Role Overview
As a Senior Central Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing key accounts across multiple cities. You will act as the central liaison between client societies, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery, customer satisfaction, and business growth. This position demands a mix of relationship management, data-driven decision-making, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management:
Manage and nurture key society/client accounts to ensure long-term partnerships.
Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and critical client requirements.
Operations Oversight:
Monitor daily operations across societies to ensure smooth functioning of NoBrokerHood services (visitor management, maintenance billing, etc.).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Tech, Support) to address client issues and drive quick resolutions.
Performance & Revenue Growth:
Analyze account performance metrics to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
Drive renewals, reduce churn, and ensure revenue growth from existing accounts.
Stakeholder Communication:
Conduct regular review meetings with key clients to share insights, performance reports, and improvement plans.
Maintain strong relationships with RWAs, society committees, and decision-makers.
Team Mentoring:
Guide and mentor junior account managers to improve efficiency and client servicing quality.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in preparing reports and performance dashboards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: MBA/PGDM in Business Administration, Operations, or related field (preferred).
Experience:
47 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Operations, preferably in SaaS, PropTech, or Service industries.
Experience managing large/key accounts across multiple geographies will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and data analysis.
