  • Key Responsibilities:

    • At-Risk User Intervention (Churn Prevention): Identify Churn Signals, Champion Qualitative Insights, and Design & Launch "Save" Campaigns.

    • Lapsed User Reactivation (Win-Back Strategy): Own Win-Back Campaigns, Craft Irresistible Win-Back Hooks, and Test and Learn Rigorously.

    • Analytics & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Measure What Matters, Be the Voice of Churn to Product, and Partner with Core Retention.

    • What We're Looking For:

      • 4-7 years of focused experience in churn management, user reactivation, or save strategies within a B2C subscription or mobile app business.

      • Innovative Problem-Solver: Think creatively, challenge assumptions, and build industry-leading churn-mitigation strategies.

      • Hands-On Campaign Execution: Direct experience building, launching, and optimizing campaigns using marketing automation platforms.

      • Analytically Sharp: Proficient in SQL for independent analysis and product analytics tools.

      • An Experimenter's Mindset: Skilled at designing and interpreting A/B tests.

      • A Passion for Music is Key: Understand what makes listeners stay.
