Corporate Sales Manager

About the Role
Practo is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our enterprise sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle of new corporate clients, from lead qualification to invoicing. Your goal will be to maintain a healthy lead to closure ratio and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify leads from LinkedIn, B2B channels, and personal networks
- Conduct demos with HR leadership teams, CXOs, and HRBPs to explain product offerings
- Develop customized proposals to meet client needs
- Coordinate with internal teams to create tailored solutions
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
Requirements and Qualifications
- 5-10 years of sales experience in an enterprise environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/Salesforce experience
