About the Role

Practo is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our enterprise sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle of new corporate clients, from lead qualification to invoicing. Your goal will be to maintain a healthy lead to closure ratio and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads from LinkedIn, B2B channels, and personal networks
  • Conduct demos with HR leadership teams, CXOs, and HRBPs to explain product offerings
  • Develop customized proposals to meet client needs
  • Coordinate with internal teams to create tailored solutions
  • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of sales experience in an enterprise environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/Salesforce experience
