Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Director to join our team at Sygnific Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion through effective management of corporate sales strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead and manage the corporate sales team to ensure high performance and productivity
  • Identify, engage, and negotiate with key corporate clients to drive sales and achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales collateral and strategies tailored to corporate clients
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the senior management team
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and support to the corporate sales team
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, sales processes, and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry forums to promote the organization and expand the corporate client base
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in corporate sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a high-performing sales team
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to close large corporate deals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions to corporate clients
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop effective sales plans and initiatives
  • Experience in analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to drive sales strategies
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with corporate clients and attend industry events
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics, and Microsoft Office suite
  • Leadership qualities with a focus on mentorship, coaching, and team development
