Job Summary:

As a first-line technical support engineer, you will serve as the primary point of contact for IT support via email, phone, or ticketing system. You will provide basic troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 applications and support desktop environments, including Windows OS and device setup. You will also assist with user account management in Azure AD/Office 365 and maintain accurate logs of issues and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support via email, phone, or ticketing system
  • Basic troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Support desktop environments: Windows OS, device setup, drivers, and peripheral support
  • Assist with user account management in Azure AD/Office 365 (password resets, license assignment, MFA setup)
  • Maintain accurate logs of issues and solutions in the ticketing system

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows 10/11, desktop/laptop hardware, and network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
