**Technical Support Engineer Position**

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of resolving complex problems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, documenting resolutions, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve critical problems.

To succeed in this role, the candidate should possess a logical approach to troubleshooting, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate must have a strong educational background in computers or electronics, with relevant work experience in a similar setup. They should be proficient in English language, both verbal and written, and have a genuine desire to help others.

In addition to the above requirements, the candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to changes, and maintain a superior level of professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat platforms
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Document resolutions and share knowledge with internal teams
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in areas such as hardware and software troubleshooting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electronics
