We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Client Onboarding Specialist. This role involves ensuring seamless coordination with telecom operators and monitoring messaging traffic to support operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

This position requires cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Technical, and Partner teams, both domestic and international. You will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end client onboarding, providing support during account configuration, and assisting in issue resolution to ensure successful integration and traffic initiation.

Additionally, you will track monthly traffic targets, break them down into weekly and daily goals, and monitor progress to achieve these targets. You will also work closely with telco account managers to follow up and resolve long-pending technical, commercial, or operational issues.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's/Master's degree and hands-on experience/knowledge of CPaaS, A2P SMS, RCS with Routing. They must also have knowledge of SQL, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint presentation, as well as customer success and business operations experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end client onboarding

  • Work closely with telco account managers to resolve issues
  • Publish daily performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree
  • Hands-on experience/knowledge of CPaaS, A2P SMS, RCS with Routing
  • Knowledge of SQL, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint presentation
  • Customer success and business operations experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills
